The WB series reducer is a kind of machine that achieves deceleration by the meshing of cycloidal needle teeth according to the principle of planetary transmission with less tooth difference.The machine is divided into horizontal, vertical, double-shaft and direct-connected assembly methods. Performance characteristics:
1. WB micro cycloid reducer adopts high-speed ratio and high-efficiency single-stage transmission, which can reach a reduction ratio of 1:87, and the efficiency is above 90%. If multi-stage transmission is adopted, the reduction ratio will be greater.
2. The cycloid reducer has a compact structure and small size. Due to the planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and the output shaft are on the same axis, so that the size of the model can be as small as possible.
3. Smooth running and low noise. Cycloid needle teeth have a large number of meshing teeth, a large overlap coefficient and a mechanism of mechanical balance, so that vibration and noise are restricted to a minimum.
4. Reliable use and long life. The main parts are made of high-carbon chromium steel, which is quenched (HRC58-62) to obtain high strength, and part of the transmission contact uses rolling friction, so it is durable and has a long life.
