1) Gehäuse: Aluminiumlegierung ADC12 (Größe 571-090); Druckgusseisen HT200 (Größe 110-150);
2) Schnecke: 20Cr, ZI-Evolventenprofil; durch Aufkohlen und Abschrecken wird eine Oberflächenhärte des Zahnrads von bis zu 56-62 HRC erreicht; nach dem Präzisionsschleifen beträgt die Dicke der Aufkohlungsschicht zwischen 0,3 und 0,5 mm.
3) Schneckenrad: verschleißfeste Zinnlegierung CuSn10-1
