NMRV/NRY Series Worm and Gear Motor

NMRV Series Worm Gear Motor contains worm gear reducer and motor(Including three phrese AC motor,single AC motor,DC servo motor and DC PM motor).The square aluminum gearbox is manufactured based on GB1055588 cylindrical gear parameter.During the process, many advanced technologies are adopted.So it has compact structure, good appearance and excellent heatsink when running.

This series motor has the following characteristics:smooth running, low noise, large transmission ratio and strange loadcapacity and it may match with different kinds of motors for realizing speed adjustment.

Working principle:

Gear box is used to transfer rotation and torque from motor to working machine,the function is to decrease speed by gears and increase torque.

Design characteristics:
1:Use low-carbon Aluminium Alloy cementation processing completely.
2:Highprecisionongear and gear shaft.
3:Smallvolume withbigtorque.

Maintenance:

1:After 300-hours operation, please change the oil, and flush the gear uint with suitable detergents.
2:Please do not mix the mineral oil and synthetic oil.

3.No more than 4000m above sea level.

4.Ambient temperature:-25~40degree.

5.Relative humidity ≤95%(at +25degree).

6.The followed temperature rise: no more than 75K(when 1000m above sea level)degree

3.What’s your MOQ basis?

Normally, we don’t have MOQ request, except the customized mini clutches/brakes.

4.What about the lead time for production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For powder clutch, powder brake, tension controller,which is about 3-5 days. For safety chucks, air shafts which need about 15-30days.

5.What is the term of shipment?

We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most convenient one or cost-effective way.
