The EPNMRV130 is the flagship single-stage model in the EPNMRV worm gearbox family, delivering rated output torque up to 1,318 Nm from a 130 mm centre distance. With a 48 kg housing, a 1.75″ output bore, and support for NEMA 140TC, 180TC, and 210TC motor flanges, the EPNMRV-130 is built for the unforgiving duty profiles found in Australian cement mills, bulk aggregate plants, port material-handling facilities, large mixer drives, and heavy process-industry applications. Engineers choose the EPNMRV130 over the next-smaller EPNMRV110 whenever output-torque demand exceeds ~900 Nm, when ratios of 40:1 or lower are required with motor power up to 9.2 kW, or when the larger radial-load rating of 12,076 N is needed to support direct-mounted agitator paddles and overhung chain sprockets. Despite its capacity, the die-cast aluminium alloy body keeps total weight dramatically below equivalent cast-iron reducers \u2014 a genuine advantage when hoisting gearboxes into elevated silo positions or replacement-swapping in the field.<\/p>\n
