EPNMRV063 Worm Gearbox \u2014 Product Overview<\/h2>\n

The EPNMRV063 is the first unit in the EPNMRV worm gearbox series engineered for genuine industrial-torque applications, with a 63 mm centre distance, rated output torque of 225 Nm, and an aluminium housing that still tips the scales at just 6.2 kg. Australian mining and minerals-processing contractors favour the EPNMRV-063 for aggregate feed conveyors, screen-deck tensioners, mineral sample splitters, and small tailings pumps \u2014 duty profiles where a cast-iron reducer’s weight would slow installation and complicate above-ground routing. The EPNMRV063 supports both 56C and 140TC NEMA flanges, expanding its compatibility with three-phase motors from 0.55 kW to 1.5 kW. Eleven available ratios from 7.5:1 to 100:1, output flange options FA through FE, and a 5,595 N radial-load rating make this reducer a credible contender whenever engineers need worm-gear simplicity without stepping up to the significantly heavier EPNMRV075 or EPNMRV090.<\/p>\n
