Sitting in the upper-mid range of the single-stage EPNMRV line-up, the EPNMRV075 worm gearbox delivers up to 306 Nm of output torque from a 75 mm centre distance and a 9 kg aluminium body. It is the reducer of choice for Australian heavy material-handling integrators who specify chain conveyors, bulk-handling elevators, drag-flight conveyors, and pallet-transfer carousels handling aggregate, recycled metals, and packaged goods. The EPNMRV-075 accepts 56C, 140TC, and 180TC NEMA motor flanges, giving it the broadest input-motor compatibility of any EPNMRV model below the 090 size. Compared with the next-smaller EPNMRV063, the EPNMRV075 adds a 1.25″ output bore, a larger 6,603 N radial-load capacity, and noticeably greater thermal reserves \u2014 meaning it can run closer to catalogue torque continuously without needing an oversized motor. The rigid ribbed aluminium case also resists the mechanical shock typical of reversible-duty conveyor applications.<\/p>\n
