The EPNMRV040 occupies the critical mid-compact position in the EPNMRV worm gearbox series, delivering up to 47 Nm of output torque from a 40 mm centre distance and a 2.3 kg aluminium body. This model has become a go-to reducer for Australian environmental and water-treatment OEMs who need a compact, corrosion-resistant drive for metering pumps, UV-sterilisation units, aerator drives, and wastewater-screen rakes. Compared with the smaller EPNMRV-030, the EPNMRV040 offers a wider 12-ratio selection (5:1 to 100:1), a larger 0.75″ output bore, and a significantly higher radial-load rating to 3,118 N \u2014 critical for direct-mount agitators and paddle drives. The 56C NEMA flange, standard output flange options FA through FD, and six mounting positions give plant engineers enough flexibility to retrofit almost any legacy worm reducer without redesigning the machine frame.<\/p>\n
